This is my all time favorite food to eat during HCG. In fact, I pretty much chose to eat only this and no other meals. It has the most flavor and the best variety of texture. This recipe really helped with sticking to the diet.
What You’ll Need:
2 C. Romaine Lettuce
100 grams ground turkey or 93% lean ground beef
¼ tsp. garlic salt, onion powder, cayenne, and chili powder
2 Melba Toasts
I also added salsa for flavor. If you use less than ⅛ cup, it counts as a season and not a vegetable. And it tastes delicious.
Cook ground meat in pan.
Put lettuce in a bowl and pile meat on top.
Crumble up melba toasts and sprinkle over the mix.
Add salsa, mix, and enjoy!
