Chicken Marinara

I love chicken. And I love tomatoes. I cannot, however, say this is that fantastic. Although there is plenty to it that should add flavor, I still feel like it’s bland. If you feel differently, or if you come up with something that makes it much better, leave your feedback!

What you will need:
100 grams chicken
1 small tomato – diced
2-3 cloves garlic
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
½ tsp chili powder
A dash of garlic powder
Pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350. Place half of the dived tomatoes in a casserole dish.

Sear each side of chicken for 1-2 minutes in a pan with a dash of garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Place on top of tomatoes and top with minced garlic.

In a small bowl, toss the rest of the tomatoes with oregano, basil, chili powder and pepper. Place on top of meat.

Cover tightly with foil or oven safe lid, and cook for 40-60 minutes.
